On 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 became effective for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Regulation Directive 95/46 / EC(GDPR).

The personal data we collect and process from you is:

When you sign up for a profile on our site to make an online order, and when we make a contract with you, you give us a name, surname, last name, PIN, passport, personal identification number, address, email address, phone number, job position. When the payment of our services is done by bank transfer, we also receive information for the bank account from which the payment and the account holder are ordered. When you realize your rights in relation to the processing and access to your personal information, you must verify your identity by specifying your name, surname, email address, telephone number, identification number, and identity card number.

When you visit our site, we receive data about your IP address, location data, cookie data, and more. We also receive Copies of communications that you may have with third parties while using our website and our communication system tools.

We DO NOT process special categories of data relating to racial, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of trade unions, genetic data, biometric data, health status, data on sexual life or sexual orientation.

  • you have the right to request from KANISCO TECHNOLOGY LTD, restrict the processing of your personal data, in which case the data will only be stored but not processed. Our refusal to restrict will be explicit only in writing, and we are obliged to motivate it for the legitimate reason;
  • you have the right to withdraw your consent (Withdrawal of consent) for the processing of your personal data at any time without giving reasons, with a separate request addressed to KANISCO TECHNOLOGY LTD;
  • you have the right to object (Opposition to processing) against certain types of processing, such as direct marketing (unsolicited advertising messages);
  • you have the right to object to automated processing, including profiling;
  • you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing involving profiling;

Privacy policy for reCAPTCHA

Invisible Captcha or reCAPTCHA requires end users to click on the "I'm not a robot" button, and Google can determine whether to prompt the user with an additional question (ie, selecting the photos that best describe X) to check whether that person is actually not a robot.

How "Invisible Captcha" works - reCAPTCHA collects personal information from users to determine if they are people and not bots.

 

What personal data does reCAPTCHA collect?

First, the reCAPTCHA algorithm will check if there is a "cookie" on the computer you are using.

An additional cookie will then be added to the user's browser for a specific reCAPTCHA, and a full snapshot of the user's browser window will be taken at that point pixel by pixel.

This collection of personal data is due to the fact that the CalOPPA requirement is triggered and a reCAPTCHA integration policy is required.
